Mother’s Day

I knew that when I woke up at 8:30am it was going to be the best Mother’s Day ever… that’s because I got to sleep in until 8:30am! It was amazing, and the day just got better and better. Hailey wished me a very warm “Happy Mother’s Day” over and over again. It was really sweet. Agong came over to visit with the girls in the morning and then we headed to Arlington Race Track in the afternoon. Hailey loved the petting zoo and even got to ride a pony (they gave her the littlest one). Kylie enjoyed the nice stroller ride and stayed snuggled the entire time at the track. Thanks again for such a wonderful Mother’s Day!

The Butterfly Watch

Hailey has been learning about butterflies and loves them, so we got her a butterfly kit. They came to us as caterpillars and have now become butterflies. Lucky for us, our little butterflies seem to be working on becoming parents of their own, so we may have butterfly eggs soon! Hailey loves having the butterflies on her hands and says they “tickle” her.

Checking in with Kylie

This week, Kylie had her 2 month checkup and she did very well. She braved her 3 shots and 1 oral vaccine. Weighing in at 9 pounds and 9 ounces, our little girl is growing. At 2 months, she’s starting to do her coo’s and is desperately trying to figure out how to suck her thumb. Keep trying little Kylie!

Hailey loves to have Kylie snuggle in her big girl bed with her and lately has even started to share her beloved “pinker bear” with her. We thought it was so sweet and couldn’t miss the photo moment.

Hanging with Yuy

This last week, the girls got to visit with Yuy. We hung out in her gazebo, which Hailey called a castle. She loved that she got to have lunch in Yuy’s castle. Thanks again for having us over!

Bathtime with Grammie
